| Israel's heritage is one of unity, camaraderie and care. Founded over 60 years ago, the miracle of Israel was born out of a deep sense of social responsibility shared by all. Today, generations after Israel's decleration of independence, Israeli society has developed into a multi-cultural mix of populations who live side by side in the Galillee, the Negev, the heart of Jerusalem and many other beautiful areas. |
|
| Israel's ambassadors in sport have always been a source of national pride, creating a feeling of solidarity and strength within Israeli society. As demonstrated throughout the various summer Olympics and prestigious international basketball, football and tennis tournaments, sport not only showcases the talent, resilience and willpower of Israeli athletes to the entire world but also brings joy to the people of Israel, especially in times of turmoil and instability. Today, the outstanding achievements of Israel's tennis players on the world circuit have become a source of pride not only to the Israeli tennis community but also to the entire State of Israel and the Jewish community throughout the world. |
